Nylabone is made from pure virgin nylon which is annealed after moulding, resulting in a therapeutic chew device which is strong, safe and very durable. The bristle-like projections that are raised on the surface of the bone as it is chewed massage the surface of the teeth and gums and help to prevent plaque from forming. Choose the largest size your dog can comfortably hold in his mouth in order to derive the greatest dental benefit. Nylabone Durable nylon chews are non-edible chews designed for powerful chewers. During normal chewing, tiny bristle-like projections are raised which help clean the dog’s teeth. These tiny pieces (about the size of a small grain of rice) are designed to pass through if ingested. However, a dog should not be able to break off large pieces of any non-edible chew. NON-TOXIC
