Delivery options

Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day. Delivery options include: standard parcel (1-2 day service), premium next day by 12 or by 10 or by 9. Saturday delivery is also available for orders placed before 1pm on Friday. Premium timed services booked on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and not Saturday; most Saturday orders will be delivered by 12 noon.

For those people wanting to only buy a single small item we offer Royal Mail 1 st class delivery to reduce the cost of postage.

Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday, orders dispatched on a Friday are due for delivery on Monday unless Saturday delivery has been paid for.

Orders over the value of £40 are offered with free standard parcel delivery (free delivery is not available on 'Food only' orders or Cat Litter items). Free delivery is on the 1st parcel up to 29kg, a weight surcharge will apply to additional parcels.

Goods sent by 1st class post usually arrive next day. Please allow 3 days for delivery
